We know mistakes happen. If you think you might stain, rip, or distort the rented item in any way, you can purchase insurance when you rent our product. Our insurance doesn't only protect our customers from paying half the retail price if the item gets ruined (so AppaRent can find a replacement for the ruined item), but we will also wash the item for our customers after they return the item instead of having to wash it themselves if you purchase the insurance.  Insurance fees will be based on what event you're going to and what type of apparel it is.
