At Apparent, we are dedicated to providing sustainable apparel for any occasion for rent and sale.
AppaRent is an instant clothing rental service that allows customers to rent clothes, shoes, and purses for short-term leases on our website. Sometimes people want to try on expensive clothes for a special occasion but they can’t afford to buy them.
The solution is AppaRent.
We oversee the entire chain of operations from the cleaning of rented apparel to the shipping process. At AppaRent, you can rent/buy clothes and/or put your own clothes up for sale on our website for points to get discounts on our website.
We are also doing a referral program. In this way, customers can get discounts, and we can reach more people through emails. Customers will have to sign up with their emails when they make a purchase, so we can send out weekly emails with new updates on new styles and clothes we added to our website because we will continuously be receiving inventory.

I've been seeing the consequences of fast fashion, especially Shein, the environment and workers. I thought it would be a cool idea to be able to rent a really fancy dress for my Formal and then return it after the event was over instead of spending a lot of money to buy a dress and then leave it in my closet to collect dust. I turned my idea into a business so I can make a difference and help slow down the consumption of fast fashion
